My dear carnivores and lovers of the haute cuisine,

I’m joyfully telling you that the Filetstück „Das Gourmetstück in the Uhlandstraße is celebrating its third anniversary.

Since more than three years, the Filetstück has already been gracing the culinary world with its cookery. Many of you might know the eponymous establishment in Prenzlauerberg. In July, 2011, a second Filetstück was opened in West Berlin, enriching the culinary landscape  was with a new philosophy revolving around meat.

Don’t miss the chance to pop a cork on Friday, July 6th. Starting at 16:00 you can experience a gastronomic event at the highest stage.

The following guest chefs will reveal their cookery skills:

Michael Kempf  from the FACIL, Berlin
Thomas Kurt, cook at the ETA Hoffmann in Berlin
Stefan Hentschel from the  Cookies Cream, Berlin
Michael Köpf, German  master at preparing prime ribs

Bar F37 has sent a talented crew which will take care of the drinks, while  the sommelier of the Filetstück Nicolas “El Toro” Spanier will take the reins at the wine bar.

In addition, the music act Send more Cats!will perform live.

From 17:30 to 0:00 everyone involved can indulge in a flying buffet, cocktails, wine and alcohol-free drinks.
