The Russian label Alena Akhmadullina, named after the eponymous designer, is one of the fashionable pioneers in Russia and it has already become popular internationally a long time ago. Short and long dresses dominate the spring/summer collection 2014 and stand out with an overwhelming splendor of colors and patterns. The designer mainly works with brown, blue and red shades. The patterns are versatile, as well. The collection is defined by floral and oriental-like ornaments on long, beautiful, flowing dresses.
The blue flowing dresses are the most precious and elegant ones and remind us of tunics. One of the creations is covered with a print which reminds me of a peacock. Also the red designs with the bold floral prints catch the eyes. Here, the mirrored pattern of the floral motif impresses a lot. It lets the dresses, pants and tops look much more modern.
