One of the biggest troubles each winter is finding a compromise between wearing something that actually keeps you warm enough and something that really delivers a statement, which makes you look extraordinarily good. So how do you find a great outfit for this winter that keeps you both warm and makes you look great?
One alternative would be to commit fashionable suicide by putting on one of those puffy, but enormously warm down jackets. Originally, those jackets have only been accepted during skiing, sailing, or hiking – because you literally hide yourself behind a huge wall of fabrics.
But since Demna Gvasalia introduced down jackets again in the Fall/Winter Collection 2016 by Balenciaga, it is considered as probable and even more likely to see those puffy jackets again during this upcoming winter. The term “Down Jacket” also seems to be increasingly more requested on various search engines, resulting in an increase of 280% during the last couple of months. Down jackets should preferably be worn oversized with eye-catching colors like bright yellow, striking red, or flashy pink. It’s probably a trend that men and mothers won’t understand, but it sure is extremely stylish. Thanks to Demna!
