What started in Russia is now considered a huge trend even in the US and Europe. The trend is about lash extensions, but not the ordinary kind of extensions. I’m talking about  the so-called ‘3D lashes’.

The Russian technique is based on applying several bundles of eyelashes to achieve a look of fuller and more voluminous lashes. But can this technique harm the natural lashes and what exactly is the difference to the usual technique?

These questions are easy to answer. No, this technique does not harm the natural lashes. Although some techniques do just that, the main aspect of the 3D lash technique is to protect the natural eyelashes.

The difference to the usual technique lies in the quality of the fake lashes and the application. A much fuller look is achieved by glueing on bundles of micro fine lashes rather than individual lashes. These bundles are attached to the single natural eyelashes and that way blend in perfectly.

But who tries this trend once is not going to get away from it ever again. In Russia you hardly meet a woman who has not discovered the blessings of lash extensions. So if you want to try the 3D lash extentions you should be aware that it’s extremely addictive. You will never get enough of the natural-looking, long, full and beautifully curled eyelashes, that are going to drive men crazy.
