Anja Gockel is a German fashion designer who is nonetheless well known beyond the boundaries of her country. Her individuality has given her a leading reputation – this has confirmed year after year through her individual, fantastic show at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin. Her eponymous label celebrates its 20th anniversary next year. From the queen of Sweden to a tattoo-model, everything wild can be found in Anja’s collections…

Even in the winter season of 2015/16, Anja Gockel once again surprises with her truly comprehensive take on womanliness. She sees the value in including various types of women in her collection without giving it too much of a twist. Her womenswear is always contemporary, but her collection also contains classical pieces and evening costumes with a glamoor factor.

In addition to the sequined evening dress, it is the vibrant and feminine yet casual everyday pieces that appear to be especially successful. Geometric patterns meet neon colours such as orange or yellow, upon the background of a dark colour scheme that vacillates between black and brown. The pieces are rendered sexy due to their figure-hugging cuts; exciting due to the fascinating combination of leather and sequins and more; and hip due to its contemporary forms: what is winter for, if not this?

Chic dresses, blazers, coats, blouses and jackets are more versatile than ever – take a look for yourselves!
