Charli Mortdecai is a bon viveur and art lover. But when tax debts of roughly 8 million pounds seem to suffocate him, he had to find a way to pay them. A stolen painting is just the right thing to go for at this point. He was ordered by the Secret Agency to find the painting and thus get the chance to pay back his debts. This however, isn’t as easy as he initially thought because more than a few gangster squads are hunting it down as well.
Johnny Depp plays the perfect snobby eccentric, who doesn’t really know how to handle real life, let alone the gangster life. If you’re looking for your next good laugh, you might find it in the theaters with Mortdecai. It’s already airing! Here’s the trailer.
