Step 1: Draw on a winged cat eyeliner using the NYX jumbo pencil in the color ‘Milk’.
Step 2: Apply a light blue, shimmery eyeshadow to the center of your eyeliner. Then take a darker blue shade and apply it on the inner and outer part of the eyeliner.
Step 3: Use black mascara on your top and bottom lashes.
Step 4: Highlight your brow bone and your inner tear duct using a light, shimmery eyeshadow.
