This look shows another way how you can use eyeliner. Today’s look is made out of a usual cat eye, combined with a line of polka dots. The eyeliner I’m using today is a black gel eyeliner by maybelline.
Start off by creating a normal cat eye. When you are connecting your wing to the outer corner of your eyes, drag it down to your lower lash line and create a line that is parallel to your lower waterline. Stop the line at about the center of your eyes. For the special effect it is important to use a thin eyeliner brush.
Dab on little dots above the cat eyeliner. Draw them on in the shape of a line, the space between the single dots needs to be equal for a tidy look. Lastly apply black mascara to your top and bottom lashes.
