With its foundation in 2012, Lucy Mcintosh created a new design universe for the fashion world. Her label combines contemporary fashion with long-life one, unifies wearability with art and explores the feminine silhouette. Lucy carefully chooses textiles and skillfully refines colorations and cuts. The focus is namely set on the wearer, who is highlighted by the romantic fashion and a mysterious glamour.

This year, we are even offered two lines, because spring and summer are going to be represented separately. However, they both have one thing in common, which is the strong interplay of contrasts between black and white. Also in the silhouettes and textiles, you can find many references and contrasts.

For the spring season, therefor, Lucy chooses transparent fabrics. These are partly very light materials and partly cut-out elements. The femininity is highlighted in a thrilling way, but still looks elegant. The cuts are very casual and flowing; they enhance the body, which looks quite gloomy because of the dark colors – a mysterious and seductive ensemble.

The same color choice and style is also used for the summer line 2014. Transparent, light fabrics play the crucial role and highlight sensuality. In contrast to the spring section, the summer line shows more playful sides, for example with polka dots and lace. Seductive materials contrast with girly cuts. Onepieces with details on the waist, blouses with delicate collars and tapered dresses also mesmerize the wearers.

The new SS15 collection was featured at the Fashion Week Neuseeland on  August 27.
