Colorful lights, big carousels and rollercoaster – a new funfair in our capital will open its doors from April 25 to May 18.The fair will take place at the Volkspark Hasenheide in Neukölln.
The Maientage is a traditional funfair. This year, they’re fascinating visitors with a giant offer for the 49th time. You can ride the rollercoaster as much as you want, you can participate in can throwing sessions or try out the swing carousel. 70 different carnies can be found at the fair. This makes the Maientage in Neukölln become the biggest park festival of Berlin.
Bumper cars, tunnels of horror, white-water ride can’t be missing here. Children are offered different attractions, such as a children’s merry-go-round and the bungee trampoline.
Yummy treats like crêpes, cotton candy and chocolate fruits or BBQ treats are offered to one’s hunger. While eating, you can also enjoy the live music.
The highlight of the fair is the epic firework, which you can see every Friday at 10pm until May 18. The best view can be enjoyed from the Ferris wheel, from where you can observe Berlin from above.
On Wednesdays, you can indulge in everything for half the price.
