In order to point out the problems of the drug policies, the “Global Marijuana March” demonstration is going to be held on Saturday. This event is even takes place worldwide! Of course, we have to find global solutions for the drug policies. The demonstration stands under the topic “thinking globally, acting locally”.
One of the main aims of the organizers is to legalize Cannabis. They also hope for a positive social development after the decriminalization. The focus is set on informing aboit and the conscious use of drugs.
The demonstration will start at the Hasenheide in Neukölln at 2pm. Neukölln is one of the hotspots of the drug-related crime. People will move through to Kreuzberg and stop at the Görlitzer Park.
