Berlin’s continuously growing graffiti culture will meet on April 19th for a colorful event of a completely new level: The Graffiti Jam. At 12 am, the spectacle which you can enjoy for free will start with live DJs like Dejoe, That Fuckingh Sara and Soulsonic. Rap and of course beat boxing acts will be present as well. And most importantly, you will be able to enjoy a lot of graffiti artworks! The ultimate highlight this year is the Artistz Graffiti Battle and the East German Beatbox championships organized by Beelow and his Beatbox Battle Team. The whole thing is rounded off by an after-show party.
For many graffiti artists and those who want to become one, there are different workshops which help you develop and improve your style. No matter whether you are a professional or a greenhorn, here everyone gets the chance to let out their creativity. Just grab the spray can and start spraying. Here you can meet graffiti lovers, professionals and crews who can give you many tips and who can inspire you.
Graffiti Jam shows you that this special type of street art doesn’t immediately mean vandalism. This is real art which is determined by individuality and also teamwork. Go and see for yourself.
