Adly Syairi Ramly is a Malaysian Lego fan, who dedicated himself to re-create and portray famous bands by using Lego bricks. And trust me, he is good at what he’s doing. The little, stylized faces perfectly mirror the icons of our youth.
Thanks to perfectly chosen pieces out of the Lego range, which by now has become giant, even the garments and hairstyles of the stars can be copied. Ian Curtis (Joy Division) receives his typical emotionless facial expression with a black pad, and the Beatles wear their well-known bowl cut.
It’s a really cool hobby to find the matching pieces in order to depict everything in a detailed way.
