Adriana Degreas used to be a successful Brazilian swimwear label. Today, they are seen at every single Fashion Week in São Paulo as well as Rio, where they present 4 different fashion lines by now.

They design first and foremost swimwear but later added a winter collection including fur coats, cord, cashmere and additional fabrics. They just incorporated a sports line called “PrivateGym” into her imperial. And last but not least she dedicated her talents and time for her little, young clients, creating the line “Le Petit Bain” for kids.

The label is so multi-faceted by now that it is hard to name every single line altogether. But there are certain parallels between the swimwear for women and for kids present. In that way mothers can enjoy the upcoming summer in a matching outfit with her kids. That would mean mommies and children in a bikini and or swimsuit with matching leopard print on the beach. Why not?

Besides this “wild” approach, the designer does have hippie and Indian inspired designs up her sleeve. She works with fringes, floral patterns and flared pants, which accumulates into a perfectly cute appearance. A little less “cute” are the cut-outs, which like to make an appearance from time to time. This however, results in shorter and well less fabric to cover our goods.

Brazilian beaches are in fact really hot and Adriana Degreas is the reason behind it. Her designs are as multi-faceted as they can be and show us that there are numerous ways to design a bikini or swimsuit. So don’t miss out on the currently on-going Fashion Week in Rio.
