A chimera is a mythological creature which consists of several animals. Well, a chimera in the shoe industry however defines sometimes confusing Japanese designs. The shoe’s unusual silhouette turns this model into a post-modern piece of art. Well, to be honest, I have never seen something like this before.
The heel and the shoe tip of the shoe seem to be taken from two completely different shoe designs, while the sole could have been originated from a third sneaker. The result is a more than unusual but innovative concept. While the heel consists of ribbed, black leather, the front part is pink and smooth. The sole is crème-white and slightly transparent. Lastly, the chimera is rounded off by blue elements on the tongue. Well, what an eye catcher!
