From 4-9 to 11-4 in St. Petersburg, everything will revolve around one thing, probably one of the most wonderful things in the world: fashion. In this time span, the Aurora Fashion Week Russia will take place.
The Aurora Fashion Week indeed is quite young, considering the fact that it has been brought to life only 4 years ago. Nonetheless, this event has succeeded in becoming the third biggest fashion event in East Europe. For the Russian population interested in culture and fashion, the Aurora Fashion Week Russia truly is a key sensation. Since 2014, the Aurora Fashion Week Russia has gained a lot of popularity. Last year more than 20.000 fascinated fans and experts active in the fashion branch were welcomed to enjoy the spectacular shows.
The main aim of the AFWR is to create a stronger interaction between fashion and different aspects of culture including music, cinematic pieces, literature and contemporary art. In this way, the AFWR organized the event “WHITE NIGHT SHOPPING” for which the best shops and boutiques in the city were opened until midnight. Celebrities, shows, special offers enticed many customers into rushing into the stores.
Recently, the “Fashion Museum” in Sankt Petersburg opened the doors, which represents a completely unique and innovative pop-up project organized by the Aurora Fashion Week Russia.
