I’m sure you guys all know that A. Lange & Söhne stand for high quality. Did you also know that this watch manufacturer has received the “Goldene Unruh 2014” twice on February 27, 2014? Yes, that’s right. I’m talking about the categories “Watches over € 25,000” and “Watches up to € 25,000”.
Last year, the 1814 RATTRAPANTE EWIGER KALENDER in platinum was launched and has become the winner in the first category. The winner of the second category is 1815 AUF/AB in red-and-gold. Lange-CEO Wilhelm Schmid accepted the prizes at an event at the Munich Lenbach Palais.
Since 1998, the readers of the journal “Uhren Magazin” and the news magazine “Focus” as well as Focus-Online users have chosen their favorites each year. This time, the participants had to choose between 359 watches in a two-step procedure.
In Italy, lovers of watches also chose their favorite designs. There, A. Lange & Söhne’s GRAND COMPLICATION has won the first place in the category “Complications” of a competition of the journal “L’Orologio”. The prize-giving was held on February 14, 2014.
