Lyusine Organesyan studied at the Instituto Marangoni. Today, she lives in London, where she takes her inspirations from dreams, interesting people and walks through the fashion city in order to transform them into designs. She loves to work at night, because that’s the time where you get your privacy and the possibility to revise your work without being pressured by the day. Not only does she want the women to look good in her fashion, they should also feel good.
For her “Pure & Opulent” collection she got inspired by the works of carvers. She creates a contrast between futuristic and feminine aspects, original and perfect, harsh and flowing. Even the colors are adjusted to the sculptures. They are held in the typical white-and-grey combination. She works with structured shapes on the upper body and shoulders, and hence, emphasizes the connection to the statues.
Her designs demonstrate two facets of us women. She’s a real power woman, but also has a soft side – if she wants to.
