The label Illustrated People is young, cheeky and provoking. Made for the young generation, the label presents urban street wear. Far from conventional designs is where the exciting creations are born, expressing a distinct lifestyle. Illustrated People is a whole group of designers filled with lots of inspiration and original ideas.
The collection I want to show you is called “London Youth”. The style is unique: Retro elements are the foundation for the individual look and get a lot of other adornments.
The garments for women are sexy and wild. Skimpy jeans shorts with a frayed seam are worn with a pair of suspenders on the lower part. The upper part of the body is dressed in a turtleneck jumper with different patterns on it. Vintage and Hip Hop become one. T-Shirts and dresses all have prints, for example a lion’s head. To finish the look, you shouldn’t leave out their cool caps! For example, a white beanie is perfect for winter and can be swapped out for a pink snapback.
Boys wear shirts and pants with hemp leaves, wild black and white patterns or psychedelic motifs on them. Again, you can clearly see the distinct Retro & Hip Hop mix, which makes their fashion so exceptional. With the fitting cuts and patterns, you’re expressing pure coolness and will most definitely stand in the limelight.
