Bei Yudashkin wird durch den Vintage nicht bloß den altbekannten und beliebten, verschnörkelten Mustern wieder Leben eingehaucht, sondern auch den lange verpönten Schulterpolstern. Doch man will es kaum glauben, das Label schafft es, sie nicht einmal ätzend wirken zu lassen.
Yudashkin präsentiert in der neuen Frühling/Sommer ready-to-wear-Kollektion 2014 Kleidung für jeden Anlass. Beginnend mit Hot Pants für den Tag und leichten Kleidern für den Strand bis hin zu edlen Cocktail- und Abendkleidern sind verschiedene Looks vorhanden, um einen tollen Tag perfekt zu machen.
Wie bereits erwähnt, werden dabei oft die Schultern betont, was auf der einen Seite sehr veraltet, auf der anderen wiederum futuristisch wirkt – was eigentlich ein ziemlicher Widerspruch ist, doch dem Label gelingt’s. Die Schulterpolster sehen in der grünen Satinbluse mit verschnörkeltem Aufdruck vorne eher „back to the 80s“ aus – was nebenbei bemerkt sowieso der allgemeine Trend ist. Kombiniert wird diese Bluse mit einer gelben high-waist Hot Pants und sieht als Look an dem Model auch ziemlich sexy aus. Futuristisch wiederum zeigen sich die Pants in einem klaren, weißen Kleid. Es reicht bis über die Knie und hat einen steifen Teil von der Taille aus hinauf, der über die Schultern ragt. Das Segelkleid der Zukunft ist geschaffen.
Während die vorherigen Kleidungsstücke wohl eher für den Tag gedacht waren, ist der folgende Knüller wohl eher etwas für den Abend oder sogar für ein Museum – kein Museumsbesuch wohl bemerkt. Über Schultern, Taille und über die Hüften hinunter bildet sich so etwas wie ein Body, der die weibliche Figur betont. Er scheint aus metallenen Ranken zu bestehen, die das Model überwuchern. Darunter kommt ein bodenlanger, weißer Unterrock zum Vorschein, welcher das Prachtstück wohl etwas auf den Boden zurück holt.
Yudashkin ist ein Label, welches einem Stück für Stück den Tag zu versüßen vermag und all diejenigen, welche es wagen den Schulterpolstern noch eine Chance zu geben, einfach klasse aussehen lässt.

The brand Yudashkin doesn’t only breathe life into vintage fashion with the help of well-tried and popular, ornamental patterns, but makes use of a variety of stereotypically old trends such as shoulder pads to create modern fashion in the end. Well, we were really surprised at the brand’s capability of making shoulder pads not look horrible!
For the spring and summer ready-to-wear collection in 2014, Yudashkin presents clothing for all kinds of occasions. Let’s start with casual hot pants for everyday life activities, let’s move on with light dresses for hanging out on the beach and conclude the list with cocktail and evening robes for more exclusive events. All these garments have one thing in common: they are made to make you look and feel good.
As already mentioned, the shoulders are often underlined by the label, which on the one hand seems very old-fashioned. On the other hand, no one can really understand the flow of fashion: shoulder pads indeed are considered futuristic nowadays. We spotted a green satin blouse with shoulder pads and a caption which read “back to the 80’s”. This blouse is combined with a pair of yellow high-waisted shorts, which makes the entire outfit look sexy. In contrast to the first outfit, a dress which struck our eye seems rather futuristic, completely colored in a clean white. The torso part of this outfit is defined by an almost rigid, stiff and static construction of fabric which forms a Y-silhouette. Once again, the shoulders are emphasized.
While the garments mentioned above are ideal for day activities, the following amazing pieces are definitely made for the night. A kind of beautiful armor made of filigree and delicate golden ornaments covers the torso and the shoulders and ends right underneath the hips. It simply turns the mannequin into a goddess. A white light skirt is attached to the armor. It is floor-length and represents a breathtakingly beautiful contrast to the rigid armor.
Yudashkin is a label which truly creates beautiful eye-candy fashion, which enriches every aspect of our life due to its versatility, the play with casual and elegant styles. What really is remarkable is the brand’s use of shoulder pads which is on-spot and out of this world gorgeous.
