Liquid Lipsticks are currently the newest trend on the makeup market and are truly a blessing for every makeup lover.
The concept of these liquid lipsticks is simple: Once you apply them on your lips they dry to a matte finish and will not move until you violently scrub them off.
To achieve a perfect application you should know a few tips, that will make your life easier:
Step 1:
First of all it is important to remove any dead skin that might sit on your lips. For that matter there are plenty of lip scrubs on the market that can help you, like f.e. by Lush, or just use the good old self made sugar and honey mixture.
Step 2:
Your lips should also be very well hydrated, which is why you should apply a rich lip balm to your lips before you do your makeup. Once it soaked in, remove any residues to prevent your lipstick from applying blotchy.
Step 3:
Now apply your liquid lipstick of choice. Here I used the color ‘Vamp’ by Anastasia Beverly Hills. While applying it, make sure to be very precise on the edges of your lips, because you can hardly fix it after the product dried.
To remove the product at the end of the day, it is important the use either an oil based makeup remover, or just simply a little bit of olive oil, which will remove the lipstick the fastest.
