We are in the peak of summer, and holiday season has just begun. Naturally, this means that swim season has officially started! One pre-requisite for a relaxing day on the beach is, of course, matching swimwear.
Fast-fashion giant H&M has given us a summer line with a whole lot of different models. From preppy and sporty to minimalistic elements, the collection keeps itself in a rather casual style. All pieces are short and loose, but they are in no way widely cut, giving me a rather grown-up impression. Some models are of medium length, and look like normal shorts with their pockets and zippers. Summery red, green and blue tones deliver a preppy neatness. Combined with boat shoes and polo shirts, nobody would realise that they’re actually swimming pants.
On the other hand, if you would like something a tad more tropical, the printed models are the right ones for you. They exude a true summer flair. However, what about those who would rather have a sporty and urban style? There’s something here for them, as well. Low-cut shorts with a slightly rounded hem and a monochromatic look appear sporty and stylish. So, gentlemen, remember to drop by the nearest H&M before you head to the beach!
