Step 1: Draw on a cat eyeliner along your upper lash line using a blue gel eyeliner.
Step 2: Draw another line using a white eyeliner (here by Inglot) along your lower lash line and create a double win below the blue liner.
Step 3: Lastly coat your lower lashes in blue mascara an your upper lashes in white mascara to complete the look.
