We took a look at the latest Fashion Show Collection which impresses with bold applications and graceful classiness. The result: a look which is well thought-out and connects novelties with traditional structures.
The women’s collection indeed is capable of astonishing even the most stylish woman because seldom feminine silhouettes were paired with military elements in such a sophisticated way. The balance between figure-hugging dresses, tops or skirts and bold army accentuations has been implemented masterfully by Versace. Details like double button borders, shoulder embellishments and very eye-catching waist belts and leather buckles were chosen and complemented with classical colors. Red, black, off-white and turquoise accompany the incredible play with military elements. Apart from dresses and the duo of waisted skirt and top, it’s above all the jackets which exude pure sophistication. Well, the choice won’t be easy, considering the beautiful leather and fur elements apart from the interesting rigid fabrics which, too, give this collection the necessary piquancy.
Nevertheless, there is even more to discover than just a sophisticated military style. One of my absolute favorites: the black jersey dress which features countless cut-outs and therefore is defined by an amazing tattoo effect. Wow. It’s not only coolness which has been written in capital letters on Versace’s agenda, but also seduction.
