Step 1: Define eyebrows with a pencil and create a bold high arch for the Jeffree Star Look.
Step 2: Apply a cool toned pink on to your eyelids ( ‘Pink Swoon’ Blush by MAC) and blend it out using a warm pink shade (‘Sushi Flower’ by MAC).
Step 3: Blend a black eyeshadow (‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay) onto the outer ‘V’ of your eyes.
Step 4: Apply the same black shade along your lower lash line and blend it out with the same cool toned pink we used earlier.
Step 5: Draw on a winged cat eyeliner using a black eyeliner.
Step 6: Apply a light blue shimmery eyeshadow to the inner corners of your eyes.
Step 7: To make the eyes look larger, take either a white kajal or a white eyeshadow base (NYX Jumbo Pencil in ‘Milk’) and apply it onto your waterline. Lastly apply lots of coats of black mascara to your lashes.
