You’ll need
1x white polish as a base
1x red polish
1x orange polish
1x black striper
Step 1
Start off with your favorite crisp white polish as a base.
Step 2
Now, the second step is pretty easy. Just take your red polish and paint hearts onto your nails. You can vary in sizes and number on each nail.
Step 3
Take a second color (orange in my case) and paint another heart next to the first one. It doesn’t matter if they cross paths.
Step 4
As final step, take your trusty old black striper and paint the tail ending of the balloon onto your nails.
That was easy, huh?
