The Swedish label Caroline Kummelstedt, named after the eponymous designer, is based in Italy today. Here, you can discover luxurious fashion with an innovative approach which is marked by modern cuts and materials. To celebrate the modern woman, Caroline Kummelstedt makes use of beautiful silhouettes and sophisticated minimalism.
The winter season 2014 focuses on feminine plainness implemented by noble color nuances and discreet details. With plain-colored garments, our attention is directed to subtle designs, which are completed by jagged seams and voluminous cuts. The silhouettes extract their expressive power from thrilling voluminous components, which gives this design a noble and unapproachable touch. In addition, the dark, muted color palette emphasizes the elegant character completed by turtle necks and leather details.
In the summer line 2014, the designs are plain-colored. Here, golden color nuances impress us, which harmonize with garments in yellow and beige. In contrast to the heavy fabrics of the winter line, Caroline mainly makes use of light fabrics which embrace the figure of the wearer delicately. Thanks to floor-length dresses and skirts, the line reminds you of the hippie era. Nonetheless, the classical and elegant side is more prominent.
The new summer collection for the season 2015 will be presented at the Fashion Week Stockholm at 17:00 on August 28th.
