1. First apply a bright blue eyeshadow all over your eyelid. Here I’m using the shadow ‘Neptune’ by Makeup Geek.
2. For the lower lash line, take a black eyeshadow (‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay) and apply it from the inner to outer corner.
3. To add a little shimmer to the look, use a silver eyeshadow (‘Verve’ by Urban Decay) and dab it on the center of the eyelid, as well as the inner corners of your eyes.
4. For the last step, use a black or brown kajal on your waterline and apply a couple coats of mascara on your top and bottom lashes.
