Hello fellow Beauty Lovers.
This one goes out to all my ladies with perfectly full and curved lashes, I am incredibly jealous of you. I am Asian and therefore I am battling my lashes on a daily basis. They are long but not the slightest bit curved. They just grow out straight, which bothers me regularly. Without a good lash curler you wouldn’t be able to see my lashes. A few months ago I actually gave you guys some tricks on how to effectively achieve a lash curl but I recently discovered the cherry on top. I got the notorious lash curler by Shu Uemura for my birthday and I am over the moon! They are said to bring the most incredible results and I am on top of that.

We can argue about the results, hell even the price but just look at that thing and tell me you dislike the outer appearance. Didn’t think so – it is indeed divine! Simplicity is the key here and I love how fragile this thing looks when in fact it is sturdy as hell. I would lie if I would say that the brand name in front didn’t do its part in persuading me to put it on my wish list in the first place.
The Product | Shu Uemura Lash Curler
Lash curlers from Japan are enjoying an amazing reputation amongst beauty gurus. Almost every single Asian girl has to deal with lashes that grow straight, which resulted in an overflow of products which are made to fight this particular problem. One, however, did stand out from the beginning and that is the lash curler by Shu Uemura. That may explain the price of 20 bucks for a lash curler. I gotta admit, now that I have it, I truly believe that it is definitely worth the money. The results speak for themselves. Even my blow dryer couldn’t achieve such a look. To maintain the curl I still use a waterproof mascara, though.

The product is expensive, I know that, especially when you could get one from Chanel for the same price. You could also look online for other Japanese lash curlers. But whether they work miracles like this one I can’t say. I for one have found my perfect match.
