Although the cat eyeliner is a statement on itself, there are different ways to make it look even more thrilling. One of them is the double eyeliner. Today I decided to use a bright blue eyeshadow, you can use whatever color you want though: White, gold or silver would be a great alternative, too.
1. For the first step, I applied a light brown eyeshadow in to my crease (“wedge” von MAC) and on my lower lash line. Then I took a white eyeshadow base (NYX Jumbo pencil in “Milk”) and applied it as if I would do it with my normal gel eyeliner.
2. For the pop of color I took the blue eyeshadow and applied it on the top part of the white line. While doing that, you don’t need to do it as tidy as usual because you are going to apply lack eyeliner in the next step anyway.
3. Apply black eyeliner (“black” von Maybelline) below the blue line as close to the lash line as possible. To finish off your eye makeup, take your favorite mascara and apply it on your top and bottom lashes – and you’re done!
