A new Yoga trend is capturing Frankfurt on the Main. Ananda Aerial Yoga is Yoga version, where participants float in a big blanket half a meter over the ground while doing Yoga exercises.

This sounds quite daring and acrobatic, but even beginners can join the courses. The big blanket will make sure that you won’t fall.

This Yoga version is recommended to those who suffer from back pains. The Asanas, the traditional Yoga exercises, are done in a floating, hanging or swinging way. That’s how you achieve a completely new physical feeling.

The MeridianSpa Skyline Plaza in Frankfurt am Main offers these courses. They create an ideal atmosphere thanks to their pleasant ambience. The participants can calm down from their chaotic everyday life and can concentrate on their body awareness.

The classes take place three times a week.

Wednesdays: 7.30pm to 9pm
Thursdays: 10.30am to 12am
Sundays: 4.45pm to 6.15pm

The number of participants is limited, so you’ll have to register first: http://www.ananda-aerialyoga.de/html/links.html
