It’s my pleasure to officially introduce Akris to you, one of the highlights of the Rio Fashion Week. The brilliant designer behind the label will present to you the latest collection for Spring andSummer 2014 from April 8th to April 11th.
The essence of this year’s spring and summer collection will consist of fluid lines, materials like chiffon and satin, warm and neutral tones combined with exciting prints. Akris is known for always surprising their clients. They always manage to push the fashion world to the next level. This year they impress us with plunging necklines, flowing maxi dresses and edgy suits on the runway. I personally feel like being picked up and dropped right into the Sahara when I look at the collection. I am sure we’ll be experiencing high temperatures this summer, which is why those gems will be our very own survival kits.
