The makeup from the Chanel Haute Couture 2014 Spring Summer show inspired the look I have for you today. The beautiful combination of a cat eyeliner and a glittery lower lash line caught my attention, which is why I created a more subtle and wearable version, that can not only be worn on the runway.
1. First I apply a white eyeshadow base all over the eyelid with my finger.
2. Then I blended a light brown eyeshadow in to my crease, using a big fluffy brush.
3. For the next step, draw on a thick eyeliner with a flick on the outer corner.
4. Once you get to the lower lash line, take a concealer brush and put on a glittery eyeshadow base (‘Let’s Skate’ from MAC).
5. To add even more glitter, use a silver eyeshadow (‘Verve’ by Urban Decay) on top of it. Then take a silver glittery eyeliner and brush it over the silver eyeshadow. Dab on some silver glitter pigment on top of it.
6. To complete the look, use one coat of mascara on your top lashes.
