Your love for steak is stronger than the power of a thousand suns? Well, steak was yesterday, at least if you ask the growing customer base of Wilson’s, a restaurant located at one of Berlin’s most frequented boulevards, the Kurfürstendamm. Here, American-inspired prime rib is served in the finest quality.

The Prime Rib is a very luxurious cut of beef from the primal rip. It is air-tight sealed using the “Sous Vide process” and carefully and slowly cooked up to 9 hours in a 59C° warm water bath. The U.S. Prime Rib is then grilled and put in the hot oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes so that it forms a delicious crust with the help of a tasty spice and herb mix. The way of preparation is inspired by authentic and original US American recipes where the prime rib is long considered a delicacy.

The meat itself stems from a cross breed between the longhorn cattle, European Angus cattle and United Kingdom Hereford cattle. But what’s more important is definitely the treatment of the animals where the delicious prime ribs come from. On North American grasslands, the cattle can run free and lead a happy life, which guarantees a phenomenal meat quality, for which Wilson’s is famous for.

Don’t hesitate now. Try the prime rib at Wilson’s in the Nürnbergerstr. 65 near the Kurfürstendamm. If you are vegetarian or vegan, do not fret. Here, you can enjoy a variety of tasty salads as well.
