There are so many different types of women. While some gain the most weight on their belly or their arms, there is the other type of women that gains weight especially on their bottom and legs. But mostly it’s laziness that prevents us women from getting what we really want: toned and slim legs. Here are the main points that we need to remember to finally fit into our dream jeans one day.

  1. Training:
    There are two different kinds of workout. Cardio and muscle workout. The muscle workout helps you to emphasize the beautiful muscles in your legs and create an aesthetic shape. And you don’t even need a gym – there are many exercises that you can do at home or outside.
    Cardio however is important to increase your heartbeat and to make your body really sweat. This is especially important when you’re trying to lose weight. Muscle training alone is not enough to lose the necessary weight. With the Cardio exercise, the body gets rid of the excess fat and makes it possible for the muscles to look defined. But also it may seem  like the biggest torture to most women. it can be surprisingly fun once you find the training that suits you best. While some like to go jogging, dancing or swimming is a better alternative for others.
  1. Diet:
    A balanced and healthy diet is the most important aspect next to exercising. Eating healthy while paying attention to the necessary calory deficit will help you lose weight. This also includes drinking the right amount of water everyday.
  2. Motivation:
    To really get to the point where you get to see results, you have to remind yourself of your goals and your ambitions again and again. As long as the motivation is there, you can truly manage to be consistent. And one day, you will finally be able to fit into your favorite pair of jeans.
