To close off the week, I would like to introduce my personal favourite outfit in an ethno-design. I usually find it difficult to decide between different pieces, so I’ll be showing you two variations today: a feminine one, and another that’s casually sporty. Both times, I take basics that can be found in everyone’s wardrobe, and put them together with statement pieces in a Bohemian design as well as lovely accessories, the latter of which you can easily DIY!

The feminine boho-look is easily assembled. You’ll need a phenomenal statement piece in the form of a maxi-dress as the focal point of the outfit. If you’re not one for dresses, you can also go with a tunic, paired with a long skirt. Those who prefer something more reserved would, for example, pick out a monochromatic model with embroidered details. You can now combine this maxi-dress with a fake-fur vest that, depending on your needs, can also be left out. Thanks to the fantastic look of the dress, you now only need a little bit more of something to complete the outfit. A fringy backpack, boots in the same shade and a long feather necklace rounds up this hippy outfit very nicely.

The somewhat sportier and everyday-suitable variation is as easy as it is refined. The slick grey or black skinny jeans can be worn together with a monochromatic, light tunic. The look can also be completed with a patterned poncho, one that’s perfect for cold nights. A pair of rocking leather boots with studs will move things right along. Top it all off with a braided leather hairband!

See, it’s easy to create the ethno look! All you need are a few garments from your wardrobe, some additional trend pieces and some Bohemian know-how. Here are a couple of examples to start you off with!
