Sushi is a culinary specialty known to any gourmet. However, good sushi is scarce in Berlin. Nevertheless, I’ve managed to rustle up three sushi restaurants, and they should bring a smile to the faces of even the most demanding sushi critics.

Here, sushi is personally handcrafted and grilled by the chef, right in front of the eyes of the hungry customers. Aiko makes sure to use only low-calorie ingredients, so the dishes here are particularly healthy.

Located in Charlottenburg, Berlin, Kuchi is a place where extraordinary sushi dishes are served. Here, you can enjoy sushi pizza – what else need I say? Ramen noodle soups are on the menu, as well as other Japanese delicacies.

The sushi here is served on small floating boats. Awesome! Traditional variations have been combined with modern interpretations, and they’re ready and waiting for you to dig in. If you want to learn the art of sushi making, you can even participate in one of their workshops!
