Hello fellow beauty lovers.

If you’re curious about the previous tips, click here, here and here to see the last three posts concerning this very issue. If you’re wondering about the last tip I have for you in store that may or may not sweeten up your mornings, then keep on reading.

Proteins for breakfast

A breakfast that’s high in protein keeps binge eating at bay. The simple reason for that is the fact that proteins actually keep you full longer. That results into less craving during the lunch hour, which also means you skipping the bowl of noodles that will surely lead to the absolute dreaded low-point during midday. The best part is, proteins for breakfast can be so fun. There is an incredible amount of combination including yoghurt, curd or eggs and ham that you can try out.

I personally am the sweet type when it comes to my morning meals. I love me some curd with a lot of frozen berries for my much needed daily dose of fibres. I usually also add a couple of almonds and a spoon full of Chia seeds for the good fats. That’s how I secure my fuel for the day. If you need a little bit more convenient during stressful mornings, just keep to your bowl of plain Greek yoghurt and a hand full of berries and you’re good to go.
