Hey Beauties!
Like promised I’d kept it quite summery this time. Where I come from nothing signals the beginning of summer more than a fresh load of strawberries. And that’s what spiked my inspiration for todays Manicure Monday.
You’ll need:
1x red polish
1x green polish
1x Dotting Tool
Step 1
For the first step, take a red polish and use it as your foundation for your strawberries. The red should not be too dark; we want things to really shine. I used “St James” by NailsInc.
Step 2
Now we get to the step that will actually transform the look into what we’re aiming for. Take your dotting tool and begin by dotting the still wet surface. Distribute little holes over the entire nail.
Step 3
After only mere seconds you will see the resemblance to our desired strawberries. Repeat Step 2 until every nail is covered in the pattern.
Step 4
Finally, take your green polish as we approach the finish line. I used “the green & the grunge” by Essence. With the aid of your dotting tool and the polish, paint along the nail bed. That’s how our berries get their green stem and ultimately their final touch.
