Step 1: Use a blue creme eyeshadow or gel eyeliner as an eyeshadow base on your eyelid.

Step 2: Next blend out the first product using a bright blue eyeshadow (‚Neptune’ by Makeup Geek).

Step 3: Use a pink eyeshadow to blend out the blue color. Then take a light orange shade (‚Chickadee’ by Makeup Geek) to blend out the pink eyeshadow.

Step 4: Draw on a winged cat eyeliner using a white gel eyeliner (e.g. by Inglot).

Step 5: Apply the blue, pink and orange eyeshadow along your lower lash line in the same order, like we did on the eyelid earlier.

Step 6: Lastly coat your lashes in black mascara.
