Popstar Rihanna – this name is probably known all over the world. Be it in Germany, Italy, Spain or in the USA, we all seem to constantly talk about this incredibly talented singer. By now everybody knows that Rihanna comes from the little, idyllic island Barbados situated in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Having sold more than 100 Million records, she has long climbed the Mt. Olympus of the music industry. Today, I am going to devote the following just another article to the Queen of Pop, however focusing on one crucial part of her life: fashion.

Her – admittedly – daring fashion experiments indeed inspire women all over the world. This is why she was voted into the Top 10 of the best-dressed stars in the People Magazine in the year 2008. Furthermore, nobody was probably baffled when she was on top declared Sexiest Woman Alive, a title which is clearly reflected in her styles. Let’s just face it. No matter what she is wearing – she is wearing it with such confidence that it just seems to fascinate us.

By the way, the music-loving Caribbean was discovered in 2003 during a casting where she performed as part of a girl band with two of her girlfriends. She convinced the jury immediately with her incomparable voice which is the reason for her never-ending streak of success. Rihanna mixes elements from hip hop, R’n’b and Dancehall, while constantly developing her music further – just like her fashion style. The result: Music and fashion which is innovative and trend-setting.

When it comes to fashion, Rihanna seems to reach new spheres year after year. Often, she is extremely sensually styled, then again we can spot her rocking sporty and athletic outfits only to make our jaws drop with breathtakingly elegant robes.
