Step 1: Line your lips using a very pale pink shade and fill your entire lips in with it afterwards. Here I used a lip liner by NYX in the color ‘854 Pale Pink’.
Step 2: Next apply a ice pink lipgloss all over your lips. The gloss will act as a base for our following step. I used a Sleeks Cream Lipgloss by Inglot in the number 97.
Step 3: Dab a light blue, shimmery eyeshadow on to the left corner of your moth. Distribute the color on that half of your lip and blend it out in the center. Repeat that same step on the other side with a light pink, shimmery eyeshadow until both colors meet in the center and blend with each other smoothly.
