I received a little Coupon by DM, which practically pressured me into buying the new Micellar Cleanser by Garnier – I didn’t stand a chance. J The fact that my Bioderma Cleanser is dangerously is on the verge of running out right now was additional reason to go buy this promising product.
Cleansers with the so-called Micellar technology are on the run right now. For those of you, who haven’t heard of that yet: Micellars are active substances with special cleansing features. They place themselves down on your skin and coat the dirt particles like makeup, impurities and excess sebum only to pull them out of your skin. What makes micellar cleansers particularly attractive to beauty freaks is the fact that you only need to use a few drops on a cotton pad and slightly dab your face with it. That means no unnecessary skin irritations through rubbing.
It’s quite similar tot he product by Bioderma – both in appearance and performance. It’s also odourless and slightly cooling on your skin. However, I have to say that the Bioderma Cleanser is a little bit more pleasant. It removes my makeup better and just overall feels better on the skin. But the difference in price is what should be considered here . The Garnier one only retails for ca. 5€, whilst the Bioderma costs 18€. That’s definitely a reason to try out the new product by Garnier. 😉
