Henry Holland is the founder, designer and name giver of the label ”House of Holland“ .. Although Holland actually studied journalism, he chose the path of the fashion designer, fueled by his passion for fashion. This passion as well as his incredible talent and creative ideas became crucial factors in the creation of his collections. In his clothing lines, countless details form a symbiosis giving birth to extremely eye-catching and explosive outfits. His new collection for the winter 2015 and 2016 was recently presented within the frameworks of the London Fashion Week.

Known for its incredibly precision and original esthetics, House of Holland however also succeeded in surprising fashion addicts all around the world with the summer collection 2015. Urbanity is playing a very important and dominant role here. This is actually no wonder considering the fact that London has always been the most important inspiration for the designer. The clash of floral patterns and vintage silhouettes stands for a modern hippie style.

House of Holland proves that easygoingness and lightness are still important values every female fashion addict places importance on. Now, the 70ies seem to celebrate their comeback within Holland’s collection. But the elegant touch can’t yet be missing. Whilst the use of metallic fabrics indicates a very cheeky character, the lace oozes sensual sexiness and grace.

Mini dresses, flared pants and blouses are transformed into incredible eye catchers by Holland. The lavish, exciting floral patterns pop with countless color nuances. Boredom is a word Henry definitely does not know. He places value on statement pieces which stand out from the classical look. In this collection you can be sure to fall in love with at least one design. My favorite piece is the jeans jacket with playful floral embroideries.
