Hello fellow beauty lovers.

I’ve been having the same breakfast for weeks and weeks now without getting tired of it. Today, I’ll share the recipe with you. With only 150 calories (depending on how many berries you add) the Blueberry Oatmeal Muffin is very clean and very light – perfect for your fitness routine.

What you’ll need for your Mug Muffin:

30g oatmeal
1 egg (medium sized)
a handfull of blueberri
stevia (optional)

Fill your coffee mug with 30g of oatmeal and add the egg. Give it a little mix until everything is well blended.

Then add your freshly washed blueberries. If you like things a little bit more sweeter, add stevia. Again, give it a little mix and place your mug into the microwave with medium heat and let it cook for 1 – 1.5 minutes.

Due to the heat your mug muffin will get a little bit smaller, which answers the „How-to-get-it-out-question“.You can also use a spoon to pull the delicious thing out. I like to add a banana to have a little bit of natural sweetness because I don’t like the taste of stevia. The meal is amazing because it doesn’t even take 5 minutes to make and it will fill you up real quick. I also use it as a pre-workout-meal.

Well, this muffin does not only taste good. It is also incredibly healthy. Oatmeal generally is considered a top provider of minerals including zinc, potassium and magnesium. Blueberries on the other hand will provide you with vitamin C and E and they are considered a crucial source of a substance which is extremely praised in the beauty world: ellagic acid which is said to prevent wrinkles.
