‘Blackout’ by Urban DecayStep 2: Now apply a black gel eyeliner (e.g. by Maybelline or L’Orèal) all over your eyelid. Blend it into your crease using a black eyeshadow like ‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay.

Step 4: Run the same gel eyeliner along your lower lash line and blend it out using the same pink shade we use earlier. Then apply the same metallic tale color on top of the black.
