Step 1: Draw a line using a black eyeliner following your waterline on your outer corners. Then draw another straight line below the first one.
Step 2: Next create a bold cat eyeliner out of the upper line.
Step 3: Line your inner tear duct creating a triangular shape and apply the eyeliner to your waterline.
Step 4: Blend out the eyeliner on your lower lash line using a black eyeshadow (‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay). The apply a white eyeshadow in between the two lines on your outer corners.
Step 5: Lastly apply some mascara to your lashes and use a silver highlight on the inner corners of your eyes (‘Verve’ by Urban Decay).
