Styling and Beauty Tip Berlin | White Eyeliner Look

Step 1: Apply a black eyeshadow all over your upper and lower Lid and blend it into your crease. Here I am using the color ‘Blackout’ by Urban Decay.

Step 2: Next take a bright pink eyeshadow (f.e. from the Urban Decay Electric Palette) or a bright pink blush and apply it to the inner corners of your eyes.

Step 3: Next take a white eyeliner or a white eyeshadow base (NYX Jumbo Pencil in ‘Milk’) and draw on a winged cat eyeliner. Also use the color on your waterline.

Step 4: Lastly apply a white mascara to your lashes or use the same white eyeshadow base we used earlier and rub it on to your lashes.
