This Fall and Winter it is all about the vampy and dark red lips. Designers like VIKTOR&ROLF, as well as Guy Laroche showed us, how to combine the dark color with either a satin finish or a extremely shining gloss on top. While applying those dark lip products it is very important to use a lipliner that matches the actual lipstick.
For this look I used a lipliner in the color ‘Nightmoth’ by MAC and lined my entire lips with it. A trick to make your lipstick last longer, is to apply your lip liner on to your entire lips. That way the lipstick on the center of your lips will not disappear once you start to eat or drink something. The perfect color that matches the lip liner I used for this look, is the color ‘Media’, also by MAC. It is a very dark red shade with a blue undertone in it, which makes it a perfect accessoire for a fall or winter outfit combined with black clothes.
Apply the lipstick all over your lips and correct the edge of your lips using a concealer, if necessary.
