Step 1: Line your lips using a black eyeliner. Also fill in the edges of your lips. The black eyeliner will be the base of our dark blue lips.
Step 2: Now dab a matte, dark blue eyeshadow all over your mouth. Here I’m using the color ‘Nr.7 Chloe’ by Absolute Douglas.
Step 3: To add a little bit of shine to your lips you could either use a clear lipgloss or, as I did, use a shimmery light blue eyeshadow and dab it on to the center of your lips for a metallic finish. I am using the color ‘Eye Dust – Nr. 691 Ooh Baby!’ by Sleek MakeUP.
